Project Sign-up Form

For project selection, Cloverbuds (children ages 5-8)should type in "CB 1" for children ages 5 & 6 or "CB 2" for children 7 & 8. You will need to fill in both 1st and 2nd choice. If your child is 4, you may sign them up for Cloverbuds 1, if you feel they are ready to listen and participate. Children ages 9 and up must choose from the projects available on the "Projects and Workshop" page.
